I directed a technical team of 8 engineers in large language model (LLM) creation. In a fast-paced environment, I led my team to deliver innovative and scalable solutions on time and within budget. I mentored, encouraged, and performed high-level design for my team as well as broke down the large goals of each release into doable tasks for our given completion dates, with minimal overtime required. I presented successes and concerns to high-level management, and assisted the marketing team by presenting high-level overviews of our products to customers and investors.

As part of a team of 5 engineers, I designed, implemented, and futty tested software tasks on a tinux platform. I assisted others in problem-sotving, and my tech lead in breaking down tasks into workable sizes. I led the infrastructure team to ensure our development and product environments were secure and sensical. I onboarded new engineers and co-programmed with new junior engineers. I created charts and other presentation materials for my tech lead to present to upper management, and presented technical talks within my team and other company members.

2013–2024: Created and led Young Women Software Club

Volunteered at local high school to start a club to encourage young women to enter the world of software creation; met and mentored these young women twice a month and started and led internship at InnovaQ for the most promising members.
