see below for a custom page that includes:

  • Up to 3 sections of text, not including header/navigation menu and footer areas.
  • Up to 1 image or graphic in each section of text. Can be left or right text (if window is wide enough; otherwise the text and graphic will be in columns).
  • About section with graphic (square sized).
    • This is third section of your page.
    • A Contact Me button in the footer that will bring up an email automatically addressed to the email and subject you specify.
    • Your logo in the page footer (500x500 pixels).
    • Customizable socials list on bottom of page - you choose which ones you want or none at all.
    • Custom colors:
      • Header/footer foreground and background colors
      • Navigation menu foreground and background colors
      • Main content area foreground and background colors
      • About section colors and text
      • Contact Me button colors and text
    • Custom fonts though must be available on Google Fonts.
    • One week after site goes live, you may ask for minor changes such as typos, wording or color changess, but no major design or formatting changes such as new sections of the page. After one week, any changes you request will have an additional charge.

Optional Add-Ons

Optional $50 Add-Ons

Hourly rate, minimum 1 hour

  • Change the Contact Button to go to a URL link.
  • Remove link to Simple Sites Studio in your footer section.
  • Minor updates to your website after it goes live, including:
    • Text changes in section content.
    • Color changes.
    • Font change.
    • Removing a section.
    • Adding a URL link to a section.

Optional $100 Add-Ons

Hourly rate, minimum 1 hour

  • Change content of section 3 (that is, it doesn't have to be an "About" section).
  • Guide you through creating a domain and getting your site live, with no recurring costs!
  • More complicate updates to your website after it goes live, including:
    • Structural changes such as completely changing a section content or choosing a different overall website design template.
    • Adding a section.

Optional $150 Add-Ons

Hourly rate, minimum 1 hour

  • Add a new page using one of our templates.
  • Modify navigation menu to accommodate new pages.
  • Guide you through creating a domain and getting your site live, with no recurring costs!

Want something else? Feel free to contact me with other change requests we can discuss. There are limits to changes I may make for you, such as no database usage, no e-commerce, and no special security features or complex SEO. Nothing too fancy! Just sweet simple websites!
